About the position

Spec's Wines, Spirits, and Finer Foods is seeking dynamic and energetic individuals to join our team as Store Drivers. This full-time position requires candidates to have open availability, as the role typically involves working 5 to 6 days a week, including mornings, evenings, weekends, and holidays. Our Store Drivers play a crucial role in delivering transfers and guest orders to various company locations and directly to guest homes, ensuring that our customers receive their orders in a timely and efficient manner. As a Store Driver, you will be responsible for loading merchandise for delivery and unloading it upon arrival at the destination. While a Commercial Driver's License (CDL) is not required for this position, having experience with local route delivery is considered a plus. The ideal candidate must be customer-oriented, possess strong communication skills, and be able to lift at least 50 lbs, as well as push, pull, and dolly merchandise. Additionally, candidates must be at least 21 years old and must have or obtain a valid Texas Driver's License within 90 days of starting work, in compliance with Texas state law and insurance requirements.

Responsibilities

• Deliver transfers and guest orders to company locations and guest homes.
