The individuals who perform this job support the Store Manager and Assistant Store Manager in achieving all store objectives including maximizing sales, ensuring team member productivity, assisting in payroll controls, and driving overall profitability in the store. They train on how to supervise sales staff, stockers, cashiers, receivers, and all other non-management team members. In addition to managerial training duties, they assist as needed throughout the store and are proficient at all in-store functions. This role requires a commitment to the company's mission and values, as well as a focus on guest service and team development. The position involves a variety of responsibilities, from managing daily operations to training staff and ensuring compliance with safety regulations.
