Responsibilities

  • Assist individuals with personal hygiene and daily living activities.

  • Develop meaningful relationships with the individuals served.
  • Take initiative to ensure the well-being of participants.

Requirements

  • High School Diploma or equivalent.
  • Six months of experience in human services, direct care, or care coordination preferred.
  • Strong communication skills.
  • Ability to adapt and multi-task effectively.
  • Teamwork and time-management skills.

Nice-to-haves

  • Experience working with individuals with behavioral challenges.
  • Knowledge of community resources for individuals with disabilities.
