Responsibilities

  • Handle inbound calls from consumers.
  • Respond to and own consumer inquiries and issues.
  • Provide education and status on previously submitted pre-authorizations or pre-determination requests.
  • Meet performance goals in efficiency, call quality, customer satisfaction, first call resolution, and attendance.

Requirements

  • 6 months of customer service experience with the same company.
  • High School diploma or GED.
  • Goal-driven and detail-oriented.

Nice-to-haves

  • Bilingual in English and Spanish.
