The Technical Project Manager will play a crucial role in bridging the gap between business stakeholders and technology teams at Lululemon Athletica, Inc. This position is based in Seattle, WA, and operates in a hybrid work environment. The Project Manager is responsible for creating and managing projects that address internal business challenges while enhancing guest experiences. This role requires a proactive approach to project management, ensuring that project plans are effectively developed and executed. In this role, the Project Manager will be tasked with planning, managing, monitoring, and ultimately closing projects that have complex scopes, multiple work streams, and interdependencies. The Project Manager will also be responsible for developing strong relationships with both internal and external stakeholders, ensuring that all project tasks are clearly defined, assigned, and tracked. Additionally, the role includes completing all necessary project documentation in accordance with the PMO process and contributing to the continuous improvement of PMO practices. The successful candidate will have experience managing projects in both Agile and Waterfall environments, demonstrating a strong understanding of IT SDLC processes and compliance requirements such as PCI and SOX. This position requires a Bachelor's degree in computer science, engineering, or business, along with relevant certifications such as PMP or Scrum. The Project Manager will need to exhibit strong leadership qualities, sound judgment, critical thinking, and effective communication skills to navigate the complexities of project management in a fast-paced and evolving organization.
