About the position

The Eloqua QA Engineer role at Alpha Silicon is a remote position focused on ensuring the quality and functionality of Oracle Eloqua and related marketing products. The engineer will be responsible for creating and managing test cases, performing integration testing, and ensuring data hygiene throughout the testing process. This position requires a strong background in both development and testing, particularly with Eloqua and Salesforce, to support effective lead management and campaign testing.

Responsibilities

• Create and manage multiple test case scenarios for Oracle Eloqua.
• Record outcomes and collaborate with development teams to resolve issues.
• Understand large data segmentation and cross-channel data transfer for testing purposes.
• Ensure data hygiene for testing activities.
• Conduct integration testing for Eloqua and other third-party systems.
• Test advanced lead management processes, including lead lifecycle enrichment, quality, and privacy.
• Test web push, in-app, and rich campaign scenarios.

Requirements

• 7+ years of development/testing experience in Oracle Eloqua.
• Experience in testing marketing products like Eloqua and Salesforce.
• Ability to create and manage test cases and record outcomes.
• Understanding of large data segmentation and cross-channel data transfer.
• Experience in integration testing for Eloqua and third-party systems.
• At least 1 year of experience in Eloqua implementation and integration testing.
• Experience in testing web push, in-app, and rich campaigns.
• Good communication skills.
