About the position

The Technical Project Manager will oversee and coordinate technical projects from inception to completion, ensuring they are delivered on time, within scope, and within budget. This role requires strong leadership skills, technical knowledge, and the ability to communicate effectively with both technical and non-technical stakeholders. The position is fully remote, allowing for flexibility in work location while managing a diverse team of professionals.

Responsibilities

• Lead and manage technical projects from initiation to closure.
• Coordinate with cross-functional teams to ensure project alignment and success.
• Develop project plans, timelines, and budgets, and monitor progress against them.
• Identify and mitigate project risks and issues proactively.
• Communicate project status, updates, and changes to stakeholders regularly.
• Facilitate project meetings and ensure effective collaboration among team members.

Requirements

• Proven experience as a Technical Project Manager or similar role.
• Strong understanding of project management methodologies and tools.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet deadlines.
• Technical background in software development or IT is preferred.

Nice-to-haves

• PMP or similar project management certification.
• Experience with Agile methodologies.
• Familiarity with project management software such as Jira or Trello.
