About the position

Arizona State University's Mary Lou Fulton Teachers College (MLFTC) is seeking a Systems Support Analyst to provide a variety of technology support to our faculty, staff, and student workers. The Systems Support Analyst position performs a variety of activities necessary to provide desktop and software application support to end users to ensure proper and effective operations. This position is responsible for providing in-person and remote customer service to MLFTC employees, collaborating on a variety of technical and non-technical projects, and coordinating with other ASU Enterprise Technology departments to ensure effective delivery of software and services. The role requires a proactive approach to problem-solving and the ability to communicate effectively with diverse groups of people. The Systems Support Analyst will be expected to troubleshoot and resolve technical issues, assist with software installations, and provide training to users on various applications. Additionally, the analyst will participate in project planning and implementation, ensuring that all technology needs are met in a timely and efficient manner. Mary Lou Fulton Teachers College operates on the Tempe and West Valley campuses. This is an in-office position, and travel will be required between campuses as needed. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in IT support and a commitment to enhancing the educational experience through technology.
