The Manager, Talent Acquisition at Hyundai Autoever America is a pivotal role designed for an ambitious and self-driven individual who will lead the recruitment efforts for the company. This position is responsible for finding, recruiting, hiring, and retaining talented candidates across various departments. The Talent Acquisition Manager will develop and implement a comprehensive Talent Acquisition strategy that aligns with the company's goals and objectives. This includes creating an early career recruiting strategy that encompasses internships, apprenticeships, and new graduate hiring initiatives. The role requires a resourceful individual who can effectively communicate with candidates, coworkers, and executive-level management, providing guidance and support on policy interpretation, compliance, and immigration matters. In this role, the manager will lead, mentor, and support a team of 3-5 Technical Recruiters, ensuring they are equipped to meet their daily recruitment goals. The manager will also participate in final interviews to assess candidates' fit within the team and the organization. Additionally, the manager will be responsible for developing and distributing weekly metrics reports to HR management, coordinating college recruitment events, and administering the intern program. This includes defining intern roles, coordinating interviews, and facilitating feedback sessions with interns to enhance the program's effectiveness. The Talent Acquisition Manager will also handle various administrative tasks, such as drafting offer request forms, managing the background screening process, and overseeing the recruitment ATS. The role requires a high level of attention to detail and discretion, as it involves handling sensitive information related to recruitment and immigration processes. The manager will also be expected to produce reports and presentations to support HR and recruitment decision-making, ensuring compliance with legal regulations and internal policies.
