About the position

We are looking for an ambitious and self-driven Talent Acquisition Manager to join our team! As a TA Manager, you will be responsible for finding, recruiting, hiring, and retaining talented candidates. You'll be in charge of planning, developing, and implementing a new and productive Talent Acquisition strategy for our company. We are looking for a resourceful and self-directed individual who can communicate comfortably and confidently with candidates, coworkers, and executive-level management and provide guidance and support, addressing policy and procedure interpretation, Compliance, Immigration, and supporting other HR activities. In this role, you will lead, mentor, and support a team of 3-5 Technical Recruiters in their daily efforts. You will develop and implement an early career recruiting strategy, which includes intern, apprenticeship programs, and new grad hiring for all organizations. Your responsibilities will also include reviewing and approving Recruiter resume submittals for compensation alignment, immigration requirements, and candidate fit. You will participate in final interviews to gauge candidates' team and organizational fit and develop and distribute weekly Recruiter metrics reports for HR management. Additionally, you will coordinate and attend college recruitment events, administer the HAEA Intern program, and support hiring managers in defining intern roles and developing appropriate job descriptions. You will coordinate intern interviews, drive towards hiring decisions, and facilitate weekly status updates with interns. Conducting end-of-program meetings to gain feedback and insight from interns will also be part of your responsibilities. You will draft and submit offer request forms, review and confirm candidate salary expectations with recruiters, and draft offer request emails for HR management review and offer determination. Upon offer acceptance, you will enter offer information in Autoway for executive team approval and draft and route candidate offer letters for signatures via the ATS tool. You will administer the background screening process, submit background screening requests to vendors, monitor progress, and review results for HR management approval. Furthermore, you will administer the Recruitment ATS, manage the HAEA LinkedIn Recruiter account, and review annual agreements with recruitment vendors. You will also distribute new hire paperwork and coordinate new hire starts via email notifications to appropriate team members. Responding to all immigration inquiries, preparing entry support letters, and processing petitions, visas, and visa extensions in partnership with the HR Manager will be essential tasks. You will run queries and standard reports, prepare reports and metrics for all recruitment and immigration cases, and produce PowerPoint presentations, reports, and other documents. Requirements

  • Minimum of BA/BS Degree in related field, HR or Business preferred or related work experience.
  • 10+ years of experience working in HR, supporting recruitment/immigration and other employee interfacing roles, with a minimum of 3 years of management experience.
  • Strong program management skills designing, assessing, deploying, and optimizing talent sourcing and recruiting campaigns that can scale.
  • Experience with SAP e-HR a plus.
  • Experience with full lifecycle recruitment is required.
  • Experience with full life cycle of Immigration is a plus.
  • Advanced proficiency in MS Outlook, Word, and Excel skills; PowerPoint a plus.
  • Ability to understand current legislation; enforcing regulations with managers; recommending new procedures; conducting training.
  • Strong attention to detail and high level of accuracy required.
  • A polished and professional demeanor and strong sense of discretion in working with confidential and sensitive information and documents.
  • Strong organizational and follow-up skills.
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills.
