About the position

HAEA is seeking a highly motivated Business Process Analyst III who will advocate for change within the organization. This role is crucial for aligning the company with its short- and long-term strategies through the evaluation of SLAs and KPIs. The Business Process Analyst III will collaborate with executives from cross-functional teams, acting as a consultant to monitor and analyze data, providing insights for operational efficiency and business growth. Key responsibilities include developing business action plans, budgeting, tracking project milestones, and enhancing the IT Services portfolio.

Responsibilities

  • Consult subdivision leaders to implement business action plans, including resource planning and budgeting.
  • Collaborate with IT Managers/Service Owners to prepare business-case justifications and cost-benefit analyses for new service management initiatives.
  • Oversee company OpEx and CapEx budgets to mitigate organization/technology debt risks.
  • Report and publish KPIs, SLAs, and OKRs at regular intervals.
  • Prepare and review internal/external statements of work (SOWs) for procurement of goods and services.
  • Manage and facilitate high-profile projects to ensure timely completion.
  • Prepare executive summaries and weekly performance reports for Executive Management.
  • Develop and maintain organizational documentation such as White Papers, process flows, and SOPs.
  • Support large initiatives like leadership workshops and tech seminars.
  • Provide insights and recommendations on portfolio adjustments based on changing business needs and industry trends.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Business Analytics, Business Information Systems, Computer Science, Finance, or equivalent experience.
  • 6+ years of proven experience in business analysis or related roles supporting business optimization initiatives.
  • Strong analytical, problem-solving, and project management skills.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite; experience in business system tools is a plus.
  • Strong written/verbal business communication skills with experience presenting to executives.
  • Experience working in an IT environment is a plus.

Benefits

  • Salary range: $91,810 - $119,350
