About the position

The Data Entry Clerk position is a temporary role focused on supporting an ongoing audit project. The successful candidate will be responsible for performing data entry tasks, managing spreadsheets, and coordinating shipping documentation, specifically with FedEx. This role requires attention to detail and the ability to work independently while meeting deadlines.

Responsibilities

  • Perform accurate data entry tasks by copying and pasting information into spreadsheets.
  • Assist with organizing and maintaining audit-related documents and records.
  • Input, verify, and update information in various databases and spreadsheets.
  • Coordinate FedEx shipping and tracking as part of the audit process.
  • Ensure timely and accurate completion of assigned tasks within the specified timeframe.
  • Collaborate with Jessica and provide support as needed for the audit.

Requirements

  • Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and other spreadsheet applications.
  • Familiarity with shipping and tracking processes (FedEx preferred).
  • Ability to work independently and manage time effectively in a fast-paced environment.
  • Excellent communication and organizational skills.

Nice-to-haves

  • Previous data entry experience.
  • Experience in auditing, shipping logistics, or similar roles.
