About the position
We are seeking experienced 1099 Multi-Family Renovation Crews to join our team in Cincinnati, OH. This position is a contract role that involves the complete modernization and rehabilitation of existing apartment units across specified properties. The renovation crews will be responsible for executing all required activities to remodel the units according to the construction plans provided by the site superintendent. This role demands a commitment to maintaining the highest standards in customer service and enhancing the curb appeal of the assigned properties. The ideal candidates will have a minimum of 3-5 years of full-time experience in the construction field, specifically in remodeling and renovations. Crews are expected to own the majority of hand tools necessary for executing interior renovations, including demolition, drywall work, painting, tile work, and assembly. A positive attitude, flexibility, and a strong work ethic are essential, as is the ability to work independently and as part of a team. In this role, you will be expected to demonstrate knowledge in various renovation tasks, including but not limited to demolition, framing, millwork installation, light plumbing and electrical work, drywall repairs, carpet installation, and appliance installation. Effective communication with the site superintendent and supervisors is crucial, as is the ability to maintain a clean and safe work area while adhering to project schedules and deadlines.
Responsibilities
- Complete modernization and rehabilitation of existing apartment units.
- Execute remodeling activities according to specified construction plans.

Requirements
- Minimum 3-5 years full-time experience in construction, remodeling, or renovations.
- Own the majority of hand tools required for interior renovations.
- Demonstrate knowledge in demolition, framing, and millwork installation.
- Ability to perform light plumbing and electrical work.
- Experience in drywall repairs, hanging, taping, and texturing.
- Knowledge of carpet installation and LVP/LVT installation.
- Experience in tile installation for floors and walls.
- Ability to paint cabinets, walls, and doors.
- Experience in appliance installation (refrigerator, range, microwave, dishwasher, washing machines).
- Demonstrate a strong work ethic and ability to work independently.
