About the position
The Renovation Crews are responsible for the complete modernization and rehabilitation of existing apartment units on specified properties. This role involves executing all required activities to remodel units according to construction plans while maintaining high standards in customer service and curb appeal.
Responsibilities
- Complete modernization and rehabilitation of existing apartment units.
- Execute all required activities to remodel units according to specified construction plans.
- Maintain high standards in customer service and curb appeal of assigned properties.
Requirements
- Minimum 3-5 years full-time experience in construction field, remodeling, renovations.
- Own majority of hand tools required for interior renovations, demo, drywall, paint, tile work, and assembly.
- Positive attitude, flexible, trainable, and prompt.
- Demonstrate a consistent strong work ethic with the ability to work independently.
- Knowledge of demolition, framing, millwork, light plumbing, light electrical, drywall repairs, carpet installation, LVP and LVT installation, tile installation, painting, and appliance installation.
Nice-to-haves
- Ability to communicate effectively with site superintendent and supervisors.
- Ability to maintain a schedule and complete tasks on time.
- Work in and maintain a clean and safe work area.
