The Renovation Crews position at Moseley Multi-Family involves the complete modernization and rehabilitation of existing apartment units. Responsibilities

• Perform complete modernization and rehabilitation of apartment units.
• Execute interior renovations including demolition, drywall, paint, tile work, and assembly.
• Communicate effectively with the site superintendent and supervisors.
• Maintain a clean and safe work area.
• Complete tasks on schedule and to specifications.

Requirements

• Minimum 3-5 years of full-time experience in construction, remodeling, or renovations.
• Knowledge of demolition, framing, millwork, light plumbing, and light electrical work.
• Ability to perform drywall repairs, carpet installation, and tile installation.
• Experience in painting cabinets, walls, and doors.
• Ability to install appliances such as refrigerators, ranges, and dishwashers.
