About the position
The Renovation Crews position at Moseley Multi-Family involves the complete modernization and rehabilitation of existing apartment units. The role requires performing various renovation activities according to specified construction plans while ensuring high standards of customer service and property appeal.
Responsibilities
- Perform complete modernization and rehabilitation of apartment units.
- Execute interior renovations including demolition, drywall, paint, tile work, and assembly.
- Communicate effectively with the site superintendent and supervisors.
- Maintain a clean and safe work area.
- Complete tasks on schedule and to specifications.
Requirements
- Minimum 3-5 years of full-time experience in construction, remodeling, or renovations.
- Knowledge of demolition, framing, millwork, light plumbing, and light electrical work.
- Ability to perform drywall repairs, hanging, taping, and texturing.
- Experience in carpet installation, LVP and LVT installation, and tile installation.
- Ability to install appliances such as refrigerators, ranges, and dishwashers.
