About the position

The Facility Services Account Manager at SEJ Services, LLC is responsible for overseeing all branch operations in Huger, SC. This role requires strong management skills, attention to detail, and the ability to maintain customer relationships while ensuring quality service delivery. The manager will also be involved in training and developing staff, monitoring financial objectives, and conducting facility inspections to ensure compliance with safety and quality standards.

Responsibilities

  • Oversee all branch operations and ensure quality service delivery.
  • Communicate job expectations and provide training to staff.
  • Monitor labor hours and supply inventories to meet financial objectives.
  • Conduct facility walkthroughs to inspect work quality and safety compliance.
  • Foster positive customer relationships through effective communication and service.
  • Respond to calls for assigned accounts, including nights and weekends if necessary.
  • Enforce quality and customer service standards, proactively identifying potential issues.
  • Assist with hiring, training, coaching, and counseling of employees.
  • Oversee the training and development of branch staff.

Requirements

  • 1-3 years of management experience in the service industry.
  • Strong attention to detail and superior managerial skills.
  • Excellent organizational, proactive communication, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.

Nice-to-haves

  • Experience in the janitorial industry is preferred but not necessary.
