About the position

As a Virtual Operations Coordinator at Kelly, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the smooth operation of our provider services. This position serves as the main point of contact for providers, which involves a variety of responsibilities aimed at facilitating effective communication and operational efficiency. You will be responsible for managing the onboarding and credentialing process for new providers, ensuring that all necessary documentation is completed accurately and in a timely manner. This includes following up on outstanding credentialing items and missing information to guarantee that all requirements are met. In addition to onboarding, you will coordinate training sessions and manage provider schedules to ensure that all operational needs are met. This aspect of the role is vital for maintaining a well-organized workflow and ensuring that providers are adequately prepared for their responsibilities. You will also handle travel arrangements for providers, which includes confirming travel plans, updating required tracking documents, and sending finalized itineraries in PDF format. Furthermore, you will be responsible for managing and submitting invoices accurately and on time, which is essential for maintaining financial integrity within the operations team. This position requires excellent data entry skills and the ability to prioritize multiple tasks effectively. While experience in medical provider onboarding and credentialing is desired, it is not a strict requirement.
