About the position

The Recruiter at Kelly Services is responsible for full life cycle recruiting across various positions and geographic markets. This role emphasizes the importance of attracting, sourcing, and screening candidates while partnering with hiring managers to ensure a fair and equitable selection process. The position is designed for individuals who are customer-centric, results-driven, and possess strong communication skills, contributing to the company's mission of changing lives through the right job placements.

Responsibilities

  • Full life cycle recruiting for a variety of positions across multiple levels and geographic markets.
  • Attracting, sourcing, and screening passive prospects and active applicants through job boards and Kelly's applicant tracking system (Avature).
  • Partnering with hiring managers to understand role requirements and ensure a consistent, fair, and equitable assessment and selection process.

Requirements

  • A minimum of 2 years of high-volume, full cycle recruiting experience in an industrial/warehouse capacity is required.
  • Strong communication and listening skills to engage various audiences, both verbally and in writing.
  • Solid time management, multi-tasking, and prioritization skills to accomplish work with minimal direction.
  • Customer-centric approach with the ability to develop collaborative relationships with prospects, candidates, hiring leaders, and HR partners.
  • Results-driven mindset, accomplishing tasks, goals, and expectations with focus and resiliency.
  • Action-oriented with a sense of urgency, high energy, and enthusiasm.
  • Situational adaptability and learning agility, demonstrating the capability to shift work efforts with new, changing, and/or ambiguous scenarios.
