About the position

The Solutions Architect, Talent Applications at Kelly Services is responsible for leading the design and development of technology solutions that meet business needs in the recruitment and staffing industry. This role focuses on creating and maintaining software applications for recruiting, tracking, and managing talent, while ensuring compliance with data protection regulations. The position emphasizes collaboration with various teams to gather requirements and improve application usability based on user feedback.

Responsibilities

  • Provide leadership, analysis, and design tasks related to technology solutions development.
  • Design, develop, and maintain software applications for recruiting and talent management.
  • Continuously improve usability and functionality of talent applications through user feedback and usability tests.
  • Collaborate with teams such as Vendors, HR, recruitment, sales, and IT to understand their needs and translate them into technical requirements.
  • Ensure software applications comply with relevant data protection regulations and industry standards.

Requirements

  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in the IT software as a service industry.
  • At least 3 years of experience as a Software Engineer, Solution Architect, or Applications Analyst.
  • Strong problem-solving and analysis skills.
  • Knowledge of Database Management and Data Security.
  • Ability to work with business sponsors to build, plan, and deliver technical solutions.
