Responsibilities

  • Execute daily operational goals assigned by store management via Trello.
  • Participate in daily huddle meetings and assist in training peers.
  • Ensure timely processing of customers through the register.
  • Maintain an orderly register area and stock supplies.
  • Greet customers and assist them in finding merchandise.
  • Answer phone calls and connect customers with the appropriate personnel.
  • Issue receipts, refunds, credits, or change due to customers.
  • Identify and inform management of safety issues.
  • Actively participate in the Ace Rewards program and share its benefits with customers.
  • Maintain awareness of promotions and advertisements.
  • Work a flexible schedule to meet customer needs.

Requirements

  • High school diploma or GED.
  • Commitment to service, excellence, and customer satisfaction.
  • Ability to process information and merchandise through the register system.
  • Strong communication skills with associates and customers.
  • Solid team player with excellent interpersonal skills.
  • Knowledge of retail computer systems and electronic cash registers.
  • Exceptional organizational ability and attention to detail.
  • Ability to multi-task and work flexible hours, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
