About the position

The RPO Senior Recruiter at Kelly Services is responsible for leading and managing the entire recruiting process for clients, particularly in high-volume environments. This role emphasizes the importance of finding the right candidates for the right jobs, thereby impacting lives positively. The recruiter will work closely with client partners to strategize and make informed hiring decisions while ensuring a collaborative and inclusive work environment.

Responsibilities

• Leading and successfully running the entire recruiting process as defined by the client
• Managing a high-volume requisition load effectively and successfully
• Working in an end-to-end recruiting environment
• Identifying & resolving potential challenges and risks
• Routinely meeting with client partners to benchmark candidates, share market data, adjust strategy, set expectations, and drive the hire/no hire decision

Requirements

• High volume recruiting experience, preferably in the manufacturing space
• RPO experience is a plus
• Familiarity with and comfortable working in a data driven environment
• Meet and/or exceed all outlined scorecard targets
• Strong problem solving and root cause analysis skills
• Proven experience recruiting and sourcing for multiple positions in a manufacturing setting
• Effective communicator with adaptable interpersonal, consultative and negotiation skills
• Minimum of 5+ years of high-volume recruiting experience
• Proficiency using applicant tracking systems, job boards, and Microsoft Office
• Willingness to work onsite 3-5 days a week
