About the position

The Bilingual Recruiter at Kelly Services is responsible for full cycle recruitment and onboarding, focusing on developing and implementing effective recruiting strategies. This role emphasizes building relationships with clients and community organizations while acting as a brand ambassador for Kelly. The recruiter will also participate in job fairs and recruiting events to attract talent.

Responsibilities

• Assist with the design, development, and implementation of recruiting strategies to meet fulfillment expectations.
• Act as a Kelly brand ambassador by developing relationships with clients, community outreach organizations, and educational centers.
• Handle full cycle recruitment and onboarding functions for the area.
• Attend scheduled job fairs and/or recruiting events.

Requirements

• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Customer service focus.
• Proficiency in MS Office, including Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
• Minimum of 1 year of experience in recruiting, administrative, customer service, or education roles.
• Valid United States Driver's License in good standing.
• Fluency in Spanish and English, both written and spoken.
