About the position
The Chief Information Security Officer (CISO) at Kelly Services is responsible for leading the planning, setup, and delivery of security solutions and processes to address complex security issues. This role involves influencing strategic decisions to enhance security and resilience across the organization, delivering significant business impact, and developing the security team through coaching and mentoring.
Responsibilities
- Lead the planning, setup, and successful delivery of security solutions and processes for complex issues.
- Influence strategic, design, or architectural decisions to enhance security and resilience.
- Deliver significant business and customer impact by enhancing the security and performance of systems.
- Develop the security team through coaching and mentoring.
Requirements
- 12+ years of experience in IT Security roles and people leadership experience in technology infrastructure organizations.
- Public company experience in SOX/GRC controls.
- Exceptional communication skills to convey complex security concepts to the board.
- Experience with Zero Trust architectures and Cloud Security.
- Knowledge of Firewalls, Intrusion Detection/Prevention, and Endpoint Protection.
- Experience in Threat Intelligence, Incident Response, and Forensics.
- Familiarity with Risk Assessment and Compliance Standards (GDPR, CCPA, NIST, PCI-DSS, ISO 27001).
- Experience in Identity and Access Management and Privileged Access Management.
- Knowledge of Data Leakage Prevention and Encryption.
- Experience with Security Operations Center and Vulnerability Management.
- Familiarity with DevSecOps, Application Security Management, and API Security.
- Certified Cloud Security Professional (CCSP) certification.
- Certified Information Security Manager (CISM) certification.
- Certified Chief Information Security Officer (CCISO) certification is highly preferred.
