As a Sales Associate at LOFT, you will be an integral part of our feel-good community, dedicated to creating modern, feminine, and versatile clothing for women. Your primary goal will be to drive revenue by providing exceptional service to our clients through relationship building, sharing style and product information, and maintaining a clean and safe store environment. You will consistently achieve individual goals that support the overall objectives of the store, ensuring that every client feels confident and valued during their shopping experience. You will be responsible for compliance with all ANN INC. practices and procedures, and you will take on additional responsibilities as assigned by the Store Manager, Co-Manager, and Sales Leads. Your focus will be on revenue generation, where you will meet or exceed divisional, store, and individual financial and credit goals while contributing to the store's overall success. Providing an excellent client experience is paramount. You will anticipate client needs, exceed expectations, and adhere to ANN INC. service experience standards. Building relationships with clients will be key, as you create loyalty and manage multiple tasks while servicing both internal and external clients. You will address client concerns and work towards resolutions, always maintaining a gracious, friendly, and professional demeanor. Operationally, you will complete opening and closing procedures, maintain merchandise processing standards, and ensure a safe work environment. You will also demonstrate technical expertise by efficiently performing register transactions and utilizing ANN INC.'s computer learning systems. Understanding and articulating the company's brand positioning and current market trends will be essential in every client interaction, as you represent the brand by adhering to dress code guidelines and packaging client purchases according to standards.
