About the position

LeafFilter Gutter Protection, a rapidly growing home improvement company, is seeking part-time Retail Marketers to join our team. This position is ideal for seniors, retirees, college students, or anyone who enjoys engaging with their community. As a Retail Marketer, you will be responsible for attending pre-scheduled shifts at various retail stores, where you will generate leads for our local office through direct interaction with potential customers. This role requires excellent verbal communication skills, self-motivation, and dependability, along with reliable transportation to travel to different retail locations. The hours and days of work will vary, and weekend availability is essential for this position. In this role, you will be expected to exceed lead generation targets set by the Retail Event Marketing Manager. You will engage with potential customers, provide product demonstrations, and utilize high-energy engagement techniques to create interest in our industry-leading products. The Retail Marketer will work independently but must keep the manager informed of progress and challenges. Responsibilities

• Attend pre-scheduled shifts in retail stores to generate leads for the local office.
