LeafFilter Gutter Protection is seeking enthusiastic individuals to join our team as part-time Retail Event Marketers. This role is perfect for seniors, retirees, college students, or anyone who enjoys engaging with their community. As a Retail Event Marketer, you will be responsible for attending scheduled shifts at various retail locations, where you will interact with potential customers and generate leads for our local office. This position requires excellent verbal communication skills, self-motivation, and dependability, along with reliable transportation to travel to different retail sites. The hours and days of work will vary, and weekend availability is essential to meet the demands of the role. In this position, you will be expected to exceed lead generation targets set by the Retail Event Marketing Manager. You will engage with customers using high-energy and positive techniques, providing product demonstrations and educating them about our industry-leading products. The role offers a fun work environment, opportunities for growth into management positions, and the chance to earn commission on top of your hourly wage. Responsibilities

• Attend pre-scheduled shifts in retail stores to generate leads for the local office.
• Interact with potential customers and provide product demonstrations using high energy and positive engagement techniques.
• Work independently while keeping the manager informed of progress and activities.
• Meet predetermined performance goals set by the Retail Event Marketing Manager.
• Generate high-quality leads for our industry-leading products.
