As a Retail Marketer, you will be responsible for attending pre-scheduled shifts at various retail stores, where you will generate leads for our local office through direct interaction with potential customers. The role requires excellent verbal communication skills, self-motivation, and dependability, along with reliable transportation to travel to different retail locations. The Retail Marketer will be expected to exceed lead generation targets set by the Retail Event Marketing Manager. You will engage with customers, provide product demonstrations, and utilize high-energy techniques to create interest in our industry-leading products. This position offers flexible scheduling, with hours and days varying, and weekend availability is a must. Compensation starts at $18/hour plus commission, with opportunities for performance-based increases.
