About the position
Grandeur Hospitality is seeking part-time and on-call servers, captains, and bartenders to provide staffing for high-end country clubs, golf clubs, catering events, convention centers, and hotels. The role offers flexible scheduling, allowing employees to create their own work hours. Training is provided for those without experience, and transportation is available for employees who do not drive.
Responsibilities
- Provide excellent customer service to guests at various events.
- Set up and break down event spaces as needed.
- Serve food and beverages in a professional manner.
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of service areas.
- Follow uniform and appearance guidelines strictly.
Requirements
- Must be committed and willing to learn.
- For bartenders: Must have bartending experience, not just from bartending school.
- Knowledge of basic drink recipes is required for bartenders.
Nice-to-haves
- Experience in a high-end hospitality environment is a plus.
