About the position

Innova Solutions is immediately hiring for a Reporting Specialist to join our team in Charlotte, NC. This position is a full-time contract role on a W2 basis, with a hybrid work model that requires three days in the office and two days remote. The duration of the contract is expected to be over six months. As a Reporting Specialist, you will play a crucial role in building, maintaining, and producing customized reports for large implementation programs. You will utilize various tools including Microsoft PowerApps, Excel, SharePoint, PowerPoint, Power BI, Tableau, and Report Builder to generate consistent and accurate reports for C-suite leadership, program managers, and other executives. Your ability to understand and develop visuals from a reporting perspective will be essential in ensuring clarity and effectiveness in communication. In this role, you will be responsible for creating a variety of reports, including status reporting, trending analysis, data hygiene, and PowerPoint presentations. The ideal candidate will have proficiency in Tableau, Power BI, and MicroStrategy, with experience in developing and deploying reports being essential. A consulting background, particularly from a development perspective, is highly desirable. Additionally, familiarity with SQL or DBA is considered a nice-to-have for this position.
