In this role, you will be responsible for monitoring the premises to prevent theft, violence, or any infractions of rules. You will conduct thorough examinations of doors, windows, and gates to ensure they are functioning properly and secure. Additionally, you will be tasked with warning violators of the premises' rules and regulations, addressing individuals engaging in suspicious or criminal acts, and reporting any facility issues. In high-risk situations, you will be required to request emergency personnel to ensure the safety of all individuals on-site. This position requires a strong attention to detail and the ability to handle a physical workload, as well as a commitment to the values of integrity, communication, excellent service, and accountability that are central to Per Mar Security's mission.

Responsibilities

• Monitor premises to prevent theft, violence, or infractions of rules
• Thoroughly examine doors, windows, and gates to ensure proper function and security
• Warn violators of premise rules and regulations
• Address persons engaging in suspicious or criminal acts
• Report any facility issues
• Request emergency personnel for high-risk situations

Requirements

• Must be 18 years of age or older
• Familiarity with security equipment
• Ability to handle physical workload
• Strong attention to detail
• Willingness to participate in the Company's pre-employment screening process, including drug screening and background investigation
