About the position

The Operations Coordinator role at City Watch Protective Services Inc. is a part-time position focused on driving sales and marketing efforts through outbound calling and client engagement. The ideal candidate will assist management with recruitment and maintain office organization while contributing to a collaborative team environment.

Responsibilities

• Driving Sales & Marketing efforts
• Perform outbound calling to potential leads
• Qualify prospective clients by carrying consultative sales discussions regarding the company and services we offer
• Schedule potential clients to meet with leadership and organize rescheduling calls or meetings
• Uphold collaboration in a teamwork environment by assisting management with recruitment efforts by conducting interviews and helping with payroll
• Maintain and update CRM system with contacts and potential leads
• Draft emails and correspondences
• Execute email marketing and follow-ups
• Assist with printing, scanning, faxing, and uploading of documents
• Maintain office supplies and office organization

Requirements

• Strong communication skills on the phone with the ability to consistently perform outbound calls
• Professional, articulate, and able to use discretion
• Flexible, responsible, and dependable
• Team player with the ability to uphold collaboration with others
• Ability to prioritize and multitask
• Strong attention to detail
• Strong organizational skills
• Fluency in English required; ability to speak Spanish is a plus
• High School Diploma or equivalent

Nice-to-haves

• 2 years of customer service or sales experience is preferred
• Education in Sales or Business preferred
• College degree (Associates) or current enrollment in college program such as business administration, management, communications, or related field is preferred
