We are an employment agency located in Ontario, CA, seeking a dedicated and organized individual to join our team as a Front Desk - Office Administrator. This full-time position is essential for ensuring a welcoming and efficient front desk experience for our visitors and applicants. The successful candidate will be responsible for greeting visitors, answering inquiries, and assisting applicants with the application process. This role requires a strong customer service orientation and the ability to communicate effectively in both English and Spanish. The ideal candidate will be proficient in Microsoft Office, particularly Word and Excel, and will be comfortable handling various administrative tasks in a fast-paced environment. As a Front Desk - Office Administrator, you will play a crucial role in creating a positive first impression for our agency. You will be the first point of contact for visitors, and your responsibilities will include managing phone calls, directing inquiries to the appropriate personnel, and ensuring that the front desk area is organized and welcoming. You will also assist applicants with the application process, providing guidance and support as needed. This position requires a proactive approach to customer service and the ability to multitask effectively. The work schedule for this position is Monday to Friday from 8 AM to 5 PM, with the expectation of daily overtime and possible Saturday work.
