1st 2nd & 3rd Shift Production Workers

About the position

The position involves working as a Production Worker at FXI, a leading producer of foam innovations across various markets. The role focuses on assembling and packaging bedding components while ensuring high-quality standards and meeting production goals. The company offers multiple shifts and provides training for the right candidates.

Responsibilities

• Assemble bedding components through gluing applications.
• Create bed structures from schedules.
• Identify different foam types.
• Create and issue tags through SAP.
• Visually inspect, measure dimensions, and prepare products for packaging.
• Read and understand customer packaging specifications.
• Set up and operate convoluter as needed.
• Poly wrap, label, and stage products as required by customer orders.

Requirements

• Basic math skills to count foam components.
• Ability to apply common sense understanding to carry out instructions in written, oral, or diagram form.
• Problem-solving skills in a practical manner.

• Experience in manufacturing or assembly roles.
