About the position
AdvisaCare is seeking dedicated Home Health Aides and Certified Nursing Assistants to provide personalized in-home care for clients in Mason, MI, and surrounding areas. This part-time position offers flexible scheduling and the opportunity to make a meaningful impact on patients' lives by delivering customized care that respects their individual preferences and needs.
Responsibilities
- Provide in-home care to clients, ensuring their comfort and safety.
- Assist clients with daily living activities such as bathing, dressing, and meal preparation.
- Communicate effectively with clients and their families regarding care needs and preferences.
- Maintain a clean and safe environment for clients.
- Document care provided and report any changes in client condition to the supervisor.
Requirements
- High school diploma or GED.
- CPR Certification.
- Valid Driver's License.
- Reliable transportation.
- Good communication skills.
- Ability to work both independently and as part of a team.
- Ability to pass a drug screen and clear background check.
Nice-to-haves
- Experience in home health care or as a caregiver.
