Responsibilities

• Perform routine cleaning and maintenance tasks for commercial HVAC systems, including air ducts, filters, coils, vents, and registers.
• Replace and install air filters at prescribed intervals to ensure proper airflow and improve air quality.
• Clean and maintain HVAC system components such as coils and fans to prevent dirt buildup and maintain peak performance.
• Inspect air ducts for signs of damage, leaks, or mold and report any issues to the supervisor.

Requirements

• Previous experience in commercial HVAC cleaning or a related field is preferred but not mandatory.
• Knowledge of HVAC system components and basic maintenance practices.
• Familiarity with cleaning agents and equipment used in HVAC cleaning.
• Strong attention to detail and the ability to work independently or as part of a team.
