About the position
The 1st Shift Industrial HVAC Technician role at Aerotek involves troubleshooting, repairing, and installing industrial HVAC systems. The technician will perform routine checks on large-scale HVAC equipment and diagnose malfunctions, ensuring systems operate efficiently according to specifications.
Responsibilities
- Troubleshoot, repair, or install industrial HVAC systems according to blueprints and specifications.
- Perform routine checks on large scale HVAC equipment including split systems, 30 ton rooftop units, chillers, cooling towers, air handlers, etc.
- Troubleshoot and diagnose malfunctions with controls, meters, pressures, etc.
- Order parts to make repairs.
Requirements
- 5-9 years of experience in industrial HVAC
- EPA certification
- Ability to both troubleshoot and diagnose industrial HVAC issues
