Requirements
- Training beyond high school, preferably an Associate Degree in Electronic Technology or a related technical field.
- Competence in Windows-based software (Outlook, Excel, Word).
- Proficiency or willingness to learn SAP Plant Maintenance.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills.
- High-level critical thinking and problem-solving skills.
- Certifications in any technical field are a plus.
- Good safety and attendance record with strong interpersonal skills.
- Demonstrated skills in AC/DC circuits and industrial electrical systems.
- Experience in electrical safety and lockout/tagout procedures.
- Knowledge of electronic devices and industrial control systems.
- Experience with PLC systems and data collection instrumentation.
Nice-to-haves
- Basic microcomputer skills for understanding microprocessors.
- Experience in PLC operation and programming commands.
- Skills in electronic motor drive technologies including servo-motors and closed-loop systems.
