About the position

The Maintenance Technician at ManpowerGroup is responsible for performing preventative maintenance, troubleshooting, and repairing various electrical, electronic, mechanical, pneumatic, and hydraulic components of production machines and equipment in a titanium manufacturing environment. This role requires collaboration with maintenance staff, managers, and engineers to ensure optimal machine performance and initiate improvements. The technician must be self-motivated and capable of working under time constraints to meet production needs.

Responsibilities

• Perform preventative maintenance on production machines and equipment.
• Troubleshoot and repair electrical, electronic, mechanical, pneumatic, and hydraulic components.
• Initiate improvements and permanent corrective actions requiring electromechanical layout and installation.
• Collaborate with maintenance staff, managers, supervisors, and engineers.
• Maintain a general knowledge of electrical, pneumatic, hydraulic, and mechanical maintenance.

Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent; technical certification or degree in a related field is a plus.
• A minimum of 3 years maintenance experience in a manufacturing environment.
• Strong knowledge of HVAC, plumbing, electrical systems, and general repair techniques.

Nice-to-haves

• Journeyman or Master Electrician license.
• Familiarity with industrial electrical systems and the National Electrical Code.
• Ability to read and interpret manuals; knowledge of math and measuring instruments.
• Familiarity with equipment maintenance, HVAC, hydraulic systems, plumbing, electronic diagnostics, and fabrication (welding, grinding).
• Basic computer skills, including Microsoft Office and Bigfoot CMMS.
• Strong problem-solving, communication skills, and teamwork ability.
• Obtain and maintain forklift and man lift/crane authorization.
