About The Position

The 1st Shift Order Picker is responsible for accurately picking and scanning products for orders in a warehouse environment. This role involves ensuring that the correct products are selected, maintaining cleanliness in the pick area, and participating in the training of new staff. The position requires adherence to safety regulations and compliance with company policies.

Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalency preferred
• 1+ year experience in a warehouse environment
• Flexibility for overtime when needed
• Must be able to read/write English
• Ability to work autonomously and use resources available to complete tasks timely
• Must comply with GMP requirements; specific functions and documents will be discussed in GMP and on the job training
• Must be able to lift 50lbs

Responsibilities

• Ensure correct products are being scanned/picked for orders
• Help restock pick locations when needed
• Responsible for housekeeping in pick area
• Participates in training of new order pickers
• Ensure Tablet and Scanner are returned to charge area at the end of the day
• Ensure safety regulations are followed in warehouse
• Complies with company policies and procedures and maintains regular work attendance
