About the position

The Quality Assurance position at a dietary supplements warehouse in Anaheim, CA, involves ensuring the safety and quality of products throughout the manufacturing process. The role requires inspecting incoming materials, monitoring production quality, and maintaining accurate quality records. The ideal candidate will have experience in quality control within the dietary supplement or food industry and be familiar with cGMPs and SOPs.

Responsibilities

  • Perform inspections of line, products and removal of all foreign materials.
  • Accurately complete all Quality Assurance forms.
  • Inspect packaging and/or finished products quality to meet specifications.
  • Responsible for monitoring supplement safety and quality throughout the production process.
  • Maintain and distribute appropriate quality records and documentation, audits.
  • Assist management in conducting inquiries and investigations.
  • Maintain quality records, reports, logs, and retention samples.

Requirements

  • 1-3 years of relevant work experience required.
  • Experience in the Dietary Supplement/food industry preferred.
  • Working knowledge of cGMPs and SOPs.
  • Computer skills (Word, Excel, Outlook emails).
  • Good verbal and written communication skills.
  • Good attendance and punctuality.

Nice-to-haves

  • ASQ CQA and/or CHA certification preferred.

Benefits

  • Full-time position with a pay rate of $20-$25 per hour.
  • Day shift schedule from Monday to Friday.
