About The Position
The Merchandise Manager at Forman Mills is responsible for overseeing all merchandising operations within assigned departments in the store. This role includes managing department layouts, product features, markdowns, freight flow, loss prevention, and maintaining store presentation standards. The Merchandise Manager also acts as the Manager on Duty in the absence of the Store Manager and Co-Manager, ensuring that all company policies and procedures are executed effectively.
