About The Position

The Finance & Commercial MBA Program (FCMP) at Chevron is a prestigious two-year rotational program designed for MBA students, providing exposure to various aspects of finance and business operations. The program includes a summer internship that serves as an introduction to the full-time program, allowing interns to engage in meaningful assignments and network with senior leaders. Participants will rotate through different roles, gaining experience in areas such as Mergers & Acquisitions, Investor Relations, and Corporate Treasury, ultimately preparing them for senior leadership positions within the company.

Requirements

• 3+ years of pre-MBA work experience.
• Permanent U.S. work authorization required.
• Currently pursuing an MBA.
• Outstanding leadership potential and communication skills.
• Strong analytical skills and business acumen.
• Solid grasp of finance/accounting principles.
• Flexibility and desire to explore a variety of businesses.

Responsibilities

• Participate in a 10-12 week summer internship at Chevron's corporate headquarters in Houston, Texas.
• Engage in training, social events, and networking opportunities with program members and senior leaders.
• Complete four six-month rotations across various Finance and Business & Commercial assignments during the two-year program.
• Build relationships and a strong network within the company and with senior leadership.
• Gain exposure to Upstream, Midstream, Downstream & Chemicals, Energy Transition, and Corporate departments.
