About the position
The Head B-Team Boys Basketball Coach at Cane Bay High is a temporary position focused on leading and developing the B-Team basketball program. The coach will be responsible for training student-athletes, organizing practices, and ensuring a positive and competitive environment for the team.
Responsibilities
- Lead and coach the B-Team boys basketball program.
- Organize and conduct team practices and training sessions.
- Develop game strategies and prepare the team for competitions.
- Foster a positive and competitive team environment.
- Communicate effectively with players, parents, and school administration.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree or higher preferred.
- 3 years of coaching experience preferred.
- Valid SC Teaching Certificate.
Nice-to-haves
- Experience in coaching at the high school level.
- Strong leadership and communication skills.
