• Maintains the district website to ensure compliance with the Americans with Disabilities Act.
• Coordinates district events to recognize achievements and promote excellence in education.
• Designs electronic and printed media products to communicate and promote a positive district image.
• Maintains confidentiality of district information and ensures compliance with guidelines.
• Obtains input from supervisors to ensure designs meet organizational standards.
• Oversees school websites to ensure content meets district objectives and legal requirements.
• Participates in meetings for networking and information gathering.
• Creates and prepares a variety of materials for presentation and distribution.
• Researches trends in education policies and design practices.
• Responds to inquiries from internal and external parties regarding information and direction.
• Serves as a leader of the district website and manages daily operations.
• Troubleshoots website style sheets and design templates.

Requirements

• 5 or more years' experience with design software including Illustrator, InDesign, Photoshop, and Canva.
• Bachelor's degree in graphic design preferred but not required; equivalency of 5 years' experience in graphic design is acceptable.
