About the position

The Analyst position within the Effectors Configuration Management department at Raytheon involves leading the coordination and administration of configuration management activities. This role is crucial for ensuring that systems and equipment are properly identified, controlled, verified, and accounted for in accordance with contractual requirements. The Analyst will establish procedures for changes to engineering documents, review engineering change data, and manage compliance with configuration management policies.

Responsibilities

• Lead the coordination and administration of assigned configuration management activities.
• Establish procedures for the introduction of changes to engineering documents for an assigned program.
• Review and analyze released engineering change data and coordinate changes with various departments.
• Ensure implementation of customer and internal configuration management requirements.
• Manage change and status accounting activities to ensure compliance with contractual and configuration management policies.
• Establish and control configuration identification processes and baselines.

Requirements

• Bachelor of Arts or Bachelor of Science degree in Business Management, Business Administration, or a related discipline.
• 12 months or less of relevant professional work experience (excluding internships).
• Ability to obtain and maintain a U.S. government issued security clearance.
• U.S. citizenship is required.

Nice-to-haves

• Experience with Microsoft Office products (such as Word, Excel, PowerPoint, etc.).
• General knowledge and understanding of configuration management policies and procedures.
• Solid competency in project planning.
• Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to collaborate with various engineering disciplines.
• Experience reviewing data and/or processing documentation/records.
