In terms of research and analysis, the position entails performing moderately complex marketing analyses of sub-category KPIs. This includes conducting brand and category deep dives, analyzing ad hoc initiatives or tests, and performing keyword research and search query analysis. The individual will also analyze email marketing performance and recurring sales reports, as well as assess top affiliate sites to understand the competitive landscape of the sub-category. Based on these analyses, recommendations will be made to core analytics, marketing, category, and site merchandising teams to enhance reports, analytics, and visual product presentations. The role also encompasses campaign implementation and management, where the individual will be responsible for executing marketing campaigns for the sub-category. This includes managing various digital marketing channels such as email marketing programs, Paid Search, PLA, Affiliate, and Paid Social. The individual will oversee the routine operation of affiliate programs, which involves reconciling order inquiries, implementing banners, updating links, pulling reports, and creating coupon codes. Collaboration is a key aspect of this role, as the individual will work closely with Marketing Managers and category team members to assist in developing marketing programs for the sub-category. This includes collaborating with creative, copy, and other internal/external resources to create content for paid campaigns. Additionally, the position involves people development, where the individual will coach less experienced team members, provide feedback to enhance their skills, and mentor Media Partnerships Specialists. The role requires building and maintaining relationships with key stakeholders, supporting plans and initiatives to meet customer and business needs, and ensuring compliance with company policies and procedures. The individual will also promote Walmart's values, including commitment to communities, social justice, corporate social responsibility, and sustainability, while modeling servant leadership and fostering a culture of diversity, equity, and inclusion.
