About the position

In this role, you will direct the execution of various projects, work streams, and programs by managing and modifying associated project plans. This includes creating and managing task timelines, formatting and maintaining project data, and organizing communication materials to ensure successful roll-outs and implementations. You will identify performance standards, measure progress, and adjust performance accordingly. Additionally, you will develop solutions and contingency plans for issues escalated by project managers, adjust direction based on project evaluations, and manage budgets while approving expenditures for assignments as required. You will provide decision support by sourcing, organizing, analyzing, and interpreting data and information. This involves providing influence and insight on current and future business trends, conducting analyses of initiatives to understand and communicate trends, and translating data analysis into recommendations aligned with business objectives. Collaboration with cross-functional teams will be essential to develop processes and strategies that help meet business goals. Your responsibilities will also include managing the implementation of business solutions by building relationships and partnerships with key stakeholders. You will develop new innovations and tools for site selection, continuously improve selection methodology, and leverage best practices from cross-functional partners to streamline and enhance processes. Analyzing and interpreting information for one or more initiative work streams will be crucial to improve business efficiency, and you will ensure data accuracy while serving as a subject matter expert. Driving activities and projects that generate revenue, offset operational expenses, mitigate loss, and influence budget spending will be part of your role. You will research and integrate information and data, apply business measures and analyses to identify improvement opportunities, and develop creative solutions within business areas to reduce costs and meet business goals. You will also manage the development and improvement of new or existing operational tools, reports, and customer-facing functionality by providing direction and input on project business and functional requirements. In addition, you will drive the execution of multiple business plans and projects by identifying customer and operational needs, developing and communicating business plans and priorities, and removing barriers that impact performance. You will provide supervision and development opportunities for associates by selecting and training them, mentoring, assigning duties, and establishing performance expectations. Promoting and supporting company policies, procedures, mission, values, and standards of ethics and integrity will be essential, as will ensuring compliance with these standards. Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Engineering, Operations, or related field.
  • 3 years' experience in operations, project management, or related area, or 5 years' experience in operations, project management, or related area.
  • 1 year's supervisory experience.

  • Project Management Professional (PMP) certification.
