The Intern - Business Operations Project Management will play a crucial role in assisting ongoing projects within the Business Operations team. This position is designed for individuals who are currently enrolled in a degree-seeking program and are looking to gain practical experience in project management. The intern will be involved in various tasks that support the successful performance and operations of the Business Operations PMO (Project Management Office). This includes creating tools, templates, and processes that enable teams to manage projects efficiently and effectively. The intern will also provide support for project kickoff and execution, which involves preparing kickoff decks, project plans, timelines, and tracking risks and issues, as well as deliverables and milestones. In addition to project management support, the intern will maintain the Business Operations team Action log by documenting new items, assigning due dates, and following up with project owners. Coordination of meetings, taking minutes, managing communication, and maintaining project documentation are also key responsibilities. The intern may have the opportunity to manage small projects under the oversight of leadership, as well as assist business partners in identifying upcoming or existing project opportunities. Developing and communicating project updates to key stakeholders and collaborating with project teams across Commercial Operations and other functions will be essential to the role.
