About the position

The 2025 Advancing Black Pathways Fellowship Program is a five-week paid, full-time summer fellowship designed for undergraduate sophomores interested in financial services careers. This program aims to attract individuals from underrepresented groups, particularly Black students, and provides exposure to the financial services industry through hands-on experience, mentorship, and a project-based curriculum. Successful completion of the fellowship may lead to a summer internship offer for 2026, paving the way for future employment opportunities.

Responsibilities

  • Engage in learning opportunities to understand the firm's businesses, clients, and customers.
  • Pursue professional development skills through training sessions and mentorship.
  • Prepare and present a curriculum-based project to senior stakeholders.

Requirements

  • Sophomore standing with an expected graduation date of December 2026 through Summer 2027.
  • Attending a college/university in the U.S. in good standing, all majors considered.
  • Demonstrated commitment to diversity, equity, and inclusion through campus activities or community service.
  • Strong interest in developing professional skills for future opportunities in financial services.

Nice-to-haves

  • Preferred minimum cumulative GPA of at least 3.2 on a 4.0 scale.
